I would uninstall all cIOS and DVDx you have installed on your system. Then go HERE and follow this guide to install WiiGator Gamma and cIOS ver7 (DVDx is not required). The link to mediafire is down. DVDx 4.1 installer provides you with full video converter features. DVDx 4.1 comes with no ads, no spyware and no user tracking. Run Uninstall.exe from program folder to completely remove DVDx 4.1 software. DVDx 4.1 supports Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
